This class moves at an attentive, steady pace, with lots of room to choose your own shape and listen closely to what feels supportive in the body. Chris introduces how attention relates to our practice, guiding you through breath-led transitions, and reflective moments. You’ll also practice side angle, warrior shapes, balances, arm and core work, and a long, calming breathing practice before savasana.
