This class plays with the breath as a tool for support, especially the difference between a passive inhale and a more active exhale. You’ll move through a thoughtful flow of lunges, warrior shapes, side plank options, core work, and a few playful extras like a squat arm-balance and an inversion invitation, all with lots of chances to choose the version that feels best for your body.
