Nicole opens with a calm, breath-led settle-in and keeps the class grounded in the body from the start, moving through shoulder work, cat/cow, thread the needle, and a steady build into standing postures. Expect a beginner-friendly, moderate Hatha flow with lots of options — blocks, knee padding, and a few chances to ease into twists, lunges, pyramids, and gentle hip openers before a long, quiet finish with bridge, supported inversion, and shavasana.
