Nicole’s yoga journey began as a practice in her teens and gradually evolved into a steady and meaningful part of her life throughout her early twenties. Stepping onto the mat has become a way to reconnect to herself amidst the uncertainty and changes of life.
With a background in psychology, counselling, and human development, Nicole values the connection between movement, self-awareness, and overall well-being. She has been a member of the Kushala Yoga community for many years and is a graduate of Kushala’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Her classes are grounding and accessible – a space where students can slow down and meet themselves exactly where they are.
