This all levels class moves with a soft flow-and-hold rhythm, starting with a calming breathing practice and a discussion on synchrony between mind and body. From there, you’ll build through tabletop cat/cow, low lunge, warrior two, triangle, tree, half moon prep, and a mix of standing balance postures before winding down with bridge, reclined twists, and a long savasana.
