This class incorporates movement early on, then settles into stronger balance work and lots of thoughtful transitions. Chris centers the practice on feeling contentment with what’s here, weaving in Warrior III variations, and a gentle inversion option, and plenty of reminders to feel the breath and notice your own experience rather than push for perfection.
