Chris opens class by inviting everyone to “do the whole body,” and that full-body intention carries through a lively, breath-led flow with lots of playful options. You’ll move through chair, warrior, eagle, side plank, lizard, dolphin, bow, bridge, and an inversion choice, with plenty of time to build heat, balance, and steady focus along the way. The class has a strong energy-and-vitality feel, but Chris keeps it warm and accessible with clear modifications, small pauses, and a calm close into shavasana.
