Chris opens this class with a clear invitation to choose what feels healthy, with plenty of options from the very first breath. The practice builds steadily toward half moon, with lots of thoughtful prep along the way: flowing lunges, warrior shapes, pyramid work, standing balance, a little arm balance play, and a playful reminder to keep your attention on breath, steadiness, and a kind way you talk to yourself. A calm closing with figure-four hip openers, a gentle inversion option, and extended exhalation breathing settles everything down before shavasana.
