Chris opens with a thoughtful warm-up that builds from child’s pose and cat-cow into a lively standing flow, with plenty of twists, knee-to-elbow work, and balance challenges woven throughout. The class keeps circling back to stability and breath, then softens down with playful eagle-legs on the back, a long guided breath practice, and a quiet finish in savasana.
