This class explores Warrior 3 from lots of angles — on the back, in standing balances, in lunges, and even with a little lizard and pigeon work along the way. We build the shape from a strong foundation, a long spine, and open hamstrings, while staying tuned-in to how it feels. The result is a steady, strength-filled flow with insight into balance, breath, and body awareness.
