Heather opens with a gentle invitation to settle where you are and breathe slowly, then guides you into long holds, side bends, dragon, forward folds, and reclining shapes designed to let tension soften out of the whole body. Expect plenty of prop support — blocks, a bolster, and balls for the low back and upper back — plus small movement breaks and soothing restorative holds that make the class especially calming and beginner-friendly.
