Chris begins this class with a reminder to soften where you can, breathe low into the belly and side ribs, and choose the options that truly fit your body today. From there, the practice builds with a warm, breath-led flow of lunges, Warrior shapes, tree pose, half moon, and a little heat-building core work before easing into a supported inversion, breath holds, and a long savasana.
