Chris opens this flow class with a reminder about tapas and ahimsa: discipline and kindness working together, especially when practice doesn’t go exactly as planned. The class then builds steadily through playful Spider-Man hands, low lunges, three-legged dog, warrior shapes, eagle, and a shoulder-opening bind, before easing into a calming physiological sigh and shavasana.
