Chris leads a lively flow that opens with breath-led settling, shoulder and wrist preparation, and a lot of smart options for moving through space. Expect strong standing sequences including twists, high and low lunges, eagle, warrior variations, a little arm balancing. There’s a focus on alignment of the neck and spine, and waking up the whole body with energy and control.
