This class starts by inviting you to settle, breathe, and shift out of busy thoughts and into feeling, with prop-friendly options along the way. From there, you’ll move through child’s pose, down dog, low lunge, side-lying leg lifts, standing balance work, warrior shapes, and a handful of hip openers and back-strengthening transitions, all with plenty of reminders that wobbling is part of the process. The class winds down with a block-supported bridge, figure-four stretches, a gentle inversion, and long guided breathwork before resting in savasana.
