This class explores hips, back, and balance through a mix of gentle floorwork, standing balance drills, and a surprisingly thoughtful breath practice. You’ll move from knee hugs and spinal pulses into twists, tree variations, tightrope-style walking, and a few strengthy standing shapes, then finish with a block-supported bridge and calming box breathing to land in shavasana.
