This class moves at a steady, thoughtful pace, starting with breath awareness and gentle spinal mobility before building into low lunges, triangles, high lunges, tree, and a few optional vinyasa flows. Karen keeps the emphasis on creating space rather than pushing shapes, with plenty of cues for using blocks, bending the knees, and choosing a version of each pose that feels breathable and supported.
