Karen starts this class with a slow, grounding breath practice, inviting you to notice effort, release, and the quiet “wave” of inhale and exhale before moving on. From there, she builds a steady Hatha flow with tabletop work, down dog, low lunges, revolved and open side angle, triangle, balance work, and a long, restful finish that includes figure-four, reclined twists, and Shavasana.
