Chris opens with a Mother’s Day dedication and a gentle invitation to settle in, then builds the class from breath-led floor work into a steady flow of supported lunges, Warrior Two, pyramid, tree, and dancer. There’s a nice balance of mobility and strength here, with plenty of balance practice, core-aware strengthening, and a long closing stretch set to a calming extended-exhale breathing practice.
