Chris opens with a quiet invitation to settle into support, breathe into the space between the ribs and pelvis, and move without much agenda before easing onto the back for gentle joint-freeing work. From there, the class builds through balance drills, supported folds, warrior shapes, tree pose, and a little chair-like core work with a block, then softens into an inversion, a long breath-hold practice, and a slow landing in shavasana.
