Chris opens this class with a lot of freedom tp choose the shape that feels best, settle with props if you need them, and let your breath lead the pace. From there, the practice builds through spinal mobility, supported hip circles, standing balance work, supported twists, and a core series before softening into figure-four, a supported inversion, and a long, restful finish.
