Chris starts the class with a calming invitation to notice where the breath is landing, then threads in a gentle reminder about compassion, non-harming, and choosing what feels safe in your body. From there, the practice stays steadily moving — with joint-freeing work on the floor, balance play in standing, a few mindful warrior and pyramid variations, and plenty of options to close your eyes, explore wobblier edges, or keep things simple. The class finishes with a good dose of supported floor work, twists, a brief breath-hold practice, and a long, settling Shavasana.
