Chris opens by inviting you to tune into the breath and then spends the class building hip strength and spinal ease through a mix of joint-freeing work, strap-led leg exercises, side-lying inner-thigh work, and steady standing poses. You’ll move from gentle floor sequences into lunges, tree, warrior two, and a supported squat, with plenty of options and reminders to keep the spine long and the movement comfortable. The class winds down with a calming inversion, bound angle, and a breath practice that gradually extends the holds before settling into shavasana.
