Karen opens this Monday class with a calming arrival practice, using steady breath, shoulder and pelvis releases, and plenty of simple movement to ease into the body. From there, the practice builds into lunge-to-hamstring-flow sequences, supported plank work, strap-assisted balances and dancer variations, then slows back down with seated twists, bridge, a gentle inversion, and a long rest. The tone stays thoughtful and unhurried, with lots of room to explore alignment, stability, and whatever makes the shape feel workable today.
