Chris starts with a gentle, choice-filled opening on the floor, inviting you to settle on your back or come seated in whatever way feels best before easing into breath, spinal movement, and a lot of supportive options. The class builds toward standing balance work, hip openers, lunges, and a thoughtful neck-strengthening section, with blocks and plenty of variations woven in to keep things steady, spacious, and beginner-friendly.
