Expect plenty of thoughtful transitions through lunges, warrior shapes, balance work, strap-assisted standing variations, and a few restorative pauses, all with clear options so you can choose the range that feels best in your body. The class closes with supported reclining hip stretches, a gentle inversion, and a long savasana to help settle the nervous system and leave you feeling more mobile and grounded.
