This gentle, multi-level class uses resistance bands to build strength around the hips and pelvis while still leaving plenty of room for breath and modification. Chris also works through hip rotations, inner- and outer-thigh strengthening, standing balance work, and a supportive upper-back and neck shape, with plenty of reminders to ease off if your face, jaw, or breath start to tighten.
