In this Hatha class, you are encouraged to relate to discomfort first with curiosity, acknowledging it as arising from sensation rather than constraint. Then, you have a choice, to adjusting if the sensation does not feel beneficial; or to continue to investigate it until it passes. Expect a steady, breath-led gentle flow with plenty of options, a few supported balances, and a calm closing that settles into deep release and rest.
