This class moves steadily from seated spinal warm-ups into hip-opening standing work, with a strong focus on balance, careful foot placement, and keeping the spine long as you move. Expect a mix of warrior variations, eagle, goddess, a little Tai Chi-inspired stepping around the mat, then a gentle block-supported inversion, reclined figure-four work, and a calming breath practice to finish.
