This energizing mat Pilates class starts with a grounded, breath-led warm-up and quickly builds into a strong full-body flow. You’ll move through standing squats, side lunges, block-assisted balance work, planks, pushups, and plenty of core and oblique work, with Lisa-Rani reminding you all along to listen to your body and stay connected to the breath. The class finishes with bridge work, figure-fours, and a long, peaceful savasana to help everything settle in.
