Lisa-Rani recently became a certified yoga teacher through Kushala Yoga. Born of East Indian and Caucasian heritage, Lisa-Rani embodies both eastern and western yoga philosophies and practices. Yoga has been a consistent part of Lisa-Rani’s life since she was a little girl.

I recall sitting with my father from the age of 5, doing daily morning breathing and yoga practices. Yoga has offered me a great deal of healing and transformation which I believe is available to everyone and EVERYBODY. It is my belief that yoga allows us to create time and space to explore and integrate our inner and outer landscape. Through this mind-body connection, we are given permission to care for our whole being, which can enhance our physical, emotional, and mental health.

This is what I see as the pure beauty of yoga; it can help us to lead more easeful, balanced, and successful lives. It is an honor and delight to share my love and passion for yoga with the community. I look forward to connecting with you on and off the mat!
