In this class, Chris brings you back to the basics: breath, balance, and a steady foundation. Expect plenty of standing postures to open the hips and hamstrings, a little core-and-spine stabilization while lying on the mat, and a concentration practice at the end that moves attention around the body before settling into stillness.
