This class moves through a spicy, power sequence with plenty of options along the way, from twisting lunges and warrior variations to side plank, forearm plank, and a few balance challenges. Chris keeps the pace lively and supportive, mixing in corework, shoulder stand and headstand options, a long pigeon hip opener, and a breath practice that builds to longer pauses before settling into savasana.
