This gentle, therapeutic class spends extra time building a strong, connected core as a way to support healthy hips and a happy back. Chris moves steadily from reclined warm-ups into twists, lunge variations, standing balances, warrior shapes, and a few playful core challenges with blocks, then closes with a short breath practice before Shavasana.
