Karen leads a steady Hatha practice that starts with breath, grounding, and a little time to settle before moving into familiar shapes with plenty of options. The class builds through low lunges, warrior work, chair, tree, side plank, twists, and a playful revolved half moon/warrior III variation, then eases into glute-opening floor work, an inversion option, reclined bound angle, and a long, restful shavasana. Along the way, Karen keeps returning to ease, calm, and breath awareness so the effort feels supported.
