This class moves with a lot of heat and a little humor, starting with shoulder-openers and spinal circles before building into lunge flows, eagle, half moon, warrior variations, and plenty of opportunities for arm balances like crow and Koundinyasana. Chris keeps the pace lively and playful, with strong core work, forearm plank and dolphin drills, optional inversions, and a well-earned cool down with twists, happy baby, and savasana.
