Chris opens the class by dialing things down after the morning stress and then keeps coming back to breath: active exhalations, passive exhales, and a short guided breath practice in savasana. The movement weaves together hip-openers, low lunges, twists, balance drills, and plenty of careful options for the knees, shoulders, and lower back, with a strong emphasis on safe transitions and finding steadiness in wobbly places.
