This class starts by slowing the breath down and landing the nervous system before Chris launches into a dynamic and powerful flow. Expect lots of strength work and options throughout. There are twists, three-legged dog variations, warriors, crow/crane play, a core-focused standing balance, and a spicy finish with supported inversion, gentle twists, and a long savasana.
