Chris starts this gentle, beginner-friendly class by using the breath as a guide for posture, then moves into an osteoarticular warmup that circles through the ankles, knees, hips, spine, and neck. Expect lots of thoughtful variations, a few playful balance challenges, a figure-four release, and some longer breathwork at the end to settle the nervous system and unwind.
