Chris opens with a calm centering sequence that keeps the breath front and center, then gradually works through hip circles, hamstring stretches, and a lot of thoughtful spinal movement on the mat. From there, the class builds into low lunges, tree, warrior two, and a brief, fiery chair variation before settling into a figure-four release and a long, quiet wind-down with guided breath and shavasana.
