This beginner-friendly class focuses on opening the hips, easing the back, and building steadiness through lots of mindful transitions. Chris starts with breath, posture, and a little talk about moving out of the thinking mind, then guides you through joint-freeing floor work, standing balance variations, supportive twists, and a long, calming finish.
