Karen opens with a slow, grounded start: settling in sitting or lying down, begin to invite more space into the body. The class builds into familiar standing shapes like chair, warrior one, pyramid, high lunge, and warrior three, with reminders to keep the breath calm and the shoulders soft. Later, there’s a steady stretch-and-strengthen sequence for the hamstrings and hips, plus a choice of supported inversion before a quiet finish in twists and rest.
