Our bodies are always changing, what used to be comfortable can suddenly be anything but. As we age our joints may not like the pressure or movements that we were once able to do. Our knees can be especially sensitive to pressure. In this class we’ll stay off our knees and get a full body practice. In this multi level class Chris guides with lots of options. This class is suitable for all levels but intended for those who have knee issues or discomfort.
