In this second practice of the Inner Alignment Flow series, we work with the visual field as a tool for mindfulness; “drishti” in Sanskrit. Drishti is a tool for cultivating an even-mind. When we related to external visual sensation with non-attachment, we train ourselves to hold space for experience without distraction.

While expanding and integrating our physical experience through a warming series of postures in flow, Karen guides you through a unique feature of inner alignment, a tool of mindfulness.
