The Earth’s gravity is reliable in uncertain times. It grounds us when our minds are hectic. It calls us to create stability in our body (our home), then encourages us to expand and flourish. The Earth element in our bodies in our very form, and our conduit for energetic movement. In this class, we work with our connection to earth through grounding postures, and tap into the earth element in our bodies in a dynamic flow of expansion and release.
