This challenging multi-level class is suitable for those who like to get their feet off the ground and those who don’t. Chris breaks down some of the finer aspects of the pose “bakasana” or Crow pose. Some yoga experience is advised unless you are an athletic beginner. As always your sense of adventure in turning the world upside down with your feet in the air and a sense of humour will be an asset (as will a couple of blocks).
