Bella has recently completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Kushala Yoga. Bella is passionate about yoga and has been practicing for over 18 years in Korea and now Canada. She came to the practice after a car accident and wants to share all the healing benefits of the practice with others. She teached in both English and Korean and is also a registered aerial yoga teacher. She intends to be a lifelong student of the practice with further training in yin and restorative yoga upcoming. Her yoga practice informs all aspects of her life both on and off the mat. When she was younger her family had a practice of meditating together in the living room, this stirred something deep inside her. The effects of this practice have echoed in her to this day and inspired her to further her studies of Buddhism and Mindfulness. When she’s not on her mat she also enjoys dancing, hiking the local trails and paddleboarding.
She lives each day with boundless energy and optimism and hopes to share her love of yoga with all who attend her class.
