I came to yoga over 15 years ago, and like many, showed up for the physical practice. Over time, my practice has become one of deeper connection, compassion, and awareness.

In 2013, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, followed by Feelosophy training in 2018 and Spa Yoga in 2022, a restorative, sensory approach that continues to shape my offerings today. My interests are centred around stress reduction and regulation, exploring how movement, stillness, and breath can help us meet life with more ease.

Grateful to my teachers Claire Missingham, Tara Brach, and Caroline Budgell. I lead from a place of compassion, presence, and joy. My classes are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the moment you’re in.
