Kristin has always been enthusiastic about all things movement-related. From swinging kettlebells to hiking mountains to playing beach volleyball, she loves to move. However, in 2013 that all changed when she suffered a serious back injury. Uncertain of what to do with herself, she turned to yoga to recover. It worked. However, she didn’t expect to find a new way of being that was so inexplicably serene; something she’d never experienced. She became grounded and yoga changed the trajectory of her life. She has since completed her 200HR YTT in Bali with world-renowned teacher, Meghan Currie, and has taught yoga all over the world in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. She loves building intentional classes that are juicy and fun paired with a stellar playlist.
