Lisa is a yoga teacher, personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She completed her yoga teacher training with Chris and Karen at Kushala Yoga in 2019 and has been teaching since graduation day! Lisa has always been active but after many years as a retail manager, something was missing. A firm believer that movement is medicine, she decided fitness would be a great second career choice.
