Islena Faircrest is a Mindset Coach, Wellness Educator, and Yoga Instructor. As a human behavioural expert and health educator for 18 years, she expertly guides individuals into transformation towards their best self. Since 2000 she provides wellness education to people of all ages, taught retreats & Yoga Trainings in the United States, Canada and Costa Rica, and writes for health content media. A bodyworker since 2002, she utilizes an intuitive blend of cognitive therapy, trigger point & myofascial release, systems rebalancing, and Bowen Bodywork Therapy.
